Olympia, Washington · Established 2012
Krasner Advisory Group helps owner-led companies across Washington State tidy their books, document their processes and choose the right systems — without the jargon, retainers or nine-month roadmaps.
Who we are
Krasner Advisory Group was founded in Olympia by Robert Smith after fourteen years managing back-office operations for regional employers. The practice exists for one reason: most small companies do not need a strategy deck, they need someone to sit down, look at how the work actually flows, and fix the three things that cause eighty percent of the friction.
We work on-site in Thurston County and remotely across Washington. Every engagement is led by a named adviser who stays with you from the first call to the final handover, and every recommendation is written down in plain English so your team can act on it without us in the room.

How we work
Client feedback
Client names are withheld at their request; references are available on request during proposal stage.
“Our month-end used to take nine days. After Krasner rebuilt the workflow it takes two, and I finally trust the numbers I present to the board.”
“They documented everything. When our office manager retired after 21 years, the handover took a week instead of a quarter.”
“Straightforward people. They told us we did not need the expensive software we were about to buy, and saved us the subscription.”
