How the engagement runs
- Free discovery call. Thirty minutes, no preparation needed from you.
- Scoping visit. Half a day on-site or a structured remote session with the people who do the work.
- Written proposal. Deliverables, dates, named adviser and a fixed fee.
- Delivery. Weekly written progress notes so nobody has to ask where things stand.
- Handover. Documentation, live training session, and a 60-day follow-up review included.
What you receive
Every engagement ends with tangible artefacts you own outright: written procedures, reconciled records, configured systems and a short training video or session for the staff who will use them. Nothing is locked to our tooling, and nothing requires us to remain engaged.
Fees
Fixed fee, quoted in writing after scoping, valid for thirty days. Retained monthly support is available for clients who prefer ongoing help; see the pricing page for typical ranges.
