Not sure which one you need?

Most clients are not, at first. Our Operations Health Check is a fixed-fee two-day review that produces a prioritised list of what to fix and what to leave alone. Many clients stop there and implement it themselves — that is a perfectly good outcome.

Day one

Interviews with owners and key staff, walk-through of your current systems, and a review of the last three months of reporting.

Day two

Analysis, a written findings document and a ranked action list with effort and impact estimates against each item.

Afterwards

A ninety-minute presentation to your leadership, the document in editable format, and no obligation to continue with us.

Let's talk about your operations

A 30-minute discovery call is free, practical and pressure-free. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
