The figures below are the ranges most of our engagements fall within. Your written proposal will contain a single fixed number, not a range.
Operations Health Check
$1,850 fixed

$4,000 – $18,000 fixed by scope

Retained monthly support
from $1,200 per month
- Monthly close and reporting pack
- Named adviser on call

- 30 days' notice, no minimum term
- Priority scheduling for projects
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable Washington State taxes. Travel beyond a 60-mile radius of Olympia is charged at cost and always agreed in advance. Non-profit organizations receive a standing 15% reduction on project fees.

Headcount and locations
More people and more sites means more interviews, more variation to document and more training at handover.
State of current records
Twelve months of unreconciled accounts takes longer to fix than three. We will tell you the difference during scoping.
Number of systems involved
Migrating one platform is a project. Connecting four is a bigger one, and we price it honestly rather than optimistically.
Deadline pressure
Compressed timelines require more of our people at once. Where that is unavoidable we quote it openly rather than quietly.
