Where is Krasner Advisory Group located?
Our office is at 223 Hollywood Boulevard, Olympia, Washington 98504, USA. We work on-site throughout Thurston, Pierce, Mason and King counties and remotely across the United States.
Who owns the business?
The practice is owned and operated by Robert Smith, who founded it in Olympia in 2012 and still leads every new client relationship personally.
How much does an engagement cost?
Our fixed-fee Operations Health Check is $1,850. Project engagements typically fall between $4,000 and $18,000 depending on scope, and retained monthly support starts at $1,200 per month. You always receive a single fixed number in writing before work begins.
Do you bill by the hour?
No. Hourly billing rewards slow work and makes budgeting impossible for the client. We quote a fixed fee based on the scope agreed at the scoping session.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery calls are usually available within two business days. Delivery start dates depend on current commitments and are typically two to four weeks out, though we hold limited capacity for urgent situations.
Are you accountants or attorneys?
No. We provide business operations and administrative consulting. We are not a licensed CPA firm, law firm, or tax adviser, and nothing we produce constitutes legal, tax or accounting advice. We work alongside your CPA and attorney, and we are happy to coordinate directly with them.
Do you take commissions from software vendors?
Never. We accept no referral fees, commissions or reseller margins from any technology provider. Our only income is the fee our clients pay us.
What happens to our data?
Client data is handled under a mutual confidentiality agreement signed before scoping, stored in access-controlled cloud systems located in the United States, and returned or destroyed at the end of the engagement on request. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Can we cancel a retainer?
Yes, with thirty days' written notice. There are no minimum terms, exit fees or automatic renewals.
Do you work with businesses outside Washington?
Yes, remotely. Roughly a fifth of our clients are outside the state. On-site work beyond a 60-mile radius of Olympia includes travel at cost, agreed in advance.
How large are your typical clients?
Most have between five and one hundred and fifty employees. We have worked with sole operators preparing to hire and with organizations approaching three hundred staff.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH bank transfer and business check. Invoices are issued on completion of agreed milestones with net 15 payment terms. We do not require deposits on engagements under $5,000.
