What it is like here
Eleven people, one office in Olympia, and a deliberate decision not to grow faster than we can train. Advisers own their engagements from scoping through handover, which means the work is varied and the accountability is real.
We do not set utilisation targets. We measure whether clients come back, whether the documentation is good, and whether the person doing the work is still learning something.

Monthly close for a portfolio of retained clients, reconciliation review and mentoring one junior. Three or more years in multi-client bookkeeping required.
Operations Analyst
Full time · Olympia, hybrid · $58,000 – $70,000
Process mapping, SOP authoring and reporting build-out alongside a senior adviser. Strong writing matters more than a specific degree.
