3. Nature of our services

We provide business operations, bookkeeping administration, HR administration support and technology consulting. We are not a licensed public accounting firm, law firm, tax adviser, or investment adviser. Nothing on this website or in our deliverables constitutes legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it should not be relied upon as such. Clients should obtain advice from appropriately licensed professionals for those matters.

4. Engagements and fees

All engagements are governed by a separate written proposal and engagement letter, which take precedence over these terms in the event of conflict. Fees are fixed at the amount stated in the accepted proposal. Additional work is performed only after written agreement. Invoices are payable on net 15 terms unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

Projects may be cancelled by either party in writing. Work completed to the date of cancellation is invoiced pro rata. Retained monthly support may be ended by either party with 30 days' written notice. There are no cancellation penalties. See our Billing & Refunds page.

6. Client responsibilities

Delivery depends on timely access to your records, systems and staff. Where information is delayed, timelines may move, and we will tell you in writing rather than absorb the slip silently.

7. Confidentiality

We sign a mutual confidentiality agreement before scoping any engagement. Client information is used only for the purposes of the engagement and is never disclosed without written permission, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, including text, graphics and the site design, is owned by Krasner Advisory Group and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables produced during a client engagement become the property of the client on payment in full, and are supplied in editable formats without licensing restrictions.

9. Website availability

We aim to keep this website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or withdraw any part of the site without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Washington State law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Thurston County, Washington. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.

12. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
